Came FedEx. It was beautiful, until you turned it on. Cracked corner to corner. It was terrible. Returned to local Walmart, and bought another one. The online return and repurchase were great. TV is perfect. Love it.

I was very excited that my television arrived in the mail and I did not want to go to the store because of the virus and when I arrive it came broken as I want, I have to go to the store to chance it.

Same problem as others here have mentioned. Product was very slow to ship and ended up being almost a week late. When it got here the tv was basically sitting loose in the box and of course the screen had cracked during shipment. I am not sure who is packing these refurbs but this is crazy so man...
