I had a Nesco Roaster that my husband bought me for Mother's Day in 1966. It still worked great but was beat up from so much use. I decided to upgrade to a new Nesco and I am so happy with my purchase. This is a wonderful, most used small appliance I have. Nesco makes such quality products!!!!

Works like a slow cooker but you control the temperature. My experience with slow cookers is that even the 'keep warm' or 'low' settings are too hot, still bubbling. The Nesco Roaster temp is completely controlled by you.
