from the time I purchased this phone, the charging port gave problems. I have purchased so many charges from apple which are very expensive, and right now it does not charge at all. I had to purchase a charging pad which does charge, but very slowly. Maybe because it was refurbished.

What a joke. Phone came with a ~2 inch deep scratch on the screen. Someone cleverly put a screen protector over it to try and hide it. Contacted Walmart to resolve the issue, the person said they tried calling BuySpry 8 times with no answer. Complete waste of my time and money.
