Stopped working after only 2 summers of use; came up with an E-3 error code. Spoke with a TCL tech and nothing could be done. Do not buy.

Excellent dehumidifier. Works just like it is supposed to. Would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the instructions not mentioning the nozzle in the bucket area that is secured above the bucket out of sight. A little tricky to get the nozzle in the bucket.

Unfortunately emptying the water collecting container is very difficult without spilling a good deal of it. If you empty the container inside, have a towel at the ready.

We loved the dehumidifier for the 8 months that it worked. We ran it in basement mode and it kept our very humid basement very comfortable. However, after using it for a summer and just a few weeks outside the 1-year purchase warranty the unit started leaking from the interior of the bucket cabin...
