Best features for me: Portability, easy to move. Quiet. Using it indoors is not a problem. Easy access, well designed water addition door. (not using hose attachment) Attractive exterior design. Lows: Larger diameter caster would be nice for getting over thresh holds.

I did have water flow issue on first startup, distributor tube had a clog, and hose feeding it was crimped. I fixed the 2 small issues and now have full flow over the media. Cools great, i would buy another one if needed. I have a 14 year old portacool still kicking, the dogs love it.

I bought this when the summer started this year and it was super helpful when the kids would go out in the playard or when we had family over. It does a pretty good job kipping everyone cool.
