I'm completely new to the t-shirt making business and this product is really easy for me to get going and use. It heats up fast and is great for making shirts with vinyl decals. It also comes with attachments for mugs and hats which will be fun once I get going on everything. Would highly recommend.

I haven’t used all of the different presses, but when I first got my heat press, it didn’t come with a power cord. I emailed the company to let them know and they sent one to me with no questions asked. My heat press did exactly what I needed it to do. I’m very happy with my purchase!
