This disc is great. I have sanded off anywhere from 1\16 to 1\2 in on probably 500 bolts that hold spools together that we use at work, the disc looks like its barely been used. The disc also leaves a pretty smooth finish for being 40 grit and doesnt remove to much of the wood. I will definitely...

I have used this flap wheel for weeks now and haven't had to change it, it is aggressive enough I don't need my abrasive wheel and I can prep with a finer grit and I'm ready for paint. No deep scaring marks or run aways. Smooth. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
