The Hammond minifig is adorable and the printing on it is great, the mech's transforming mechanism is great, and works well. The way to open the hatch/raise Hammond works well and is a great building technique. It's a very sturdy build, and I've dropped it form about 6 feet with barely any pieces...

to start, this is SUCH A COOL SET!!! its a satisfying build, holds up well, is pretty sphere-shaped, and rolls around great! (i only recommend on carpet tho.) but the ONLY issue i have is the lack of the grappnel hook. Hammond is my main, and its my signature move, so i kinda hoped it would be in...

We have not played the video game, but my son (9) built this set and loves it. He was able to take on the build all by himself. Great value for the price! I was worried about playability, but it has held up very well to a 9 year old boy's antics.
