Walmart sent an email asking me to rate this gift bag. First of all, I purchased it because of the WOO HOO! As it is for a gift for my niece's 18th birthday. It is white with shades of pink, made sturdy and was under $2.

This is a nice bag. The colors are vibrant, and the bag and handle seem sturdy. It comes with an attached gift tag. I love that the bag says “WooHoo!” It would be great for a birthday but would also work for an anniversary, Mother's Day, etc.
