Definitely my go-to brand. I've bought quite a few melting chips this year for various treats. Any time I have had to get an alternative brand I've been let down. Usually I do this because the color I need isn't in stock. I've learned to definitely stick with ChocoMaker.

They melt great, are a beautiful light pink color, smooth and hold shape when dry. I used these to paint petals on parchment paper and put on top of a cake.
