These bleats are used in the company's gym. They're better than the bars that have rubber grips and washers. The guys over tightened the last pair and just tore through the rubber washer. These are metal grips and working out better!

I bought 4 of these on sale ($6.00 ea), expecting to get what I paid for. These bars are excellent and a bargain at any price.

I've learned all these threaded dumbbells are the same and there is no need to pay $20/dumbbell when the ones for $6 are the same. Great deal, and I'm enjoying the use very much.

At 14” long, it’s perfect. Even though CAP is a cheap brand, these are pretty high quality if you ask me. I might just order 4 more so that way I don’t have to keep removing weights to change the total weight of each dumbbell. I highly recommend these along with the cheap CAP branded standard pla...
