I personally haven't used the bike but my husband has. He says it is rugged (not tippy), quiet (I can confirm that), and has everything he needs to get a great winter workout. This is not a light unit. The box was very heavy (which goes with the rugged part). He assembled it in about 30 minutes....

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. It came within a week and was easy to assemble. It took me approximately 20 minutes to put together. Tool was included in packaging.
