Like its compact size. It is very very quiet. Micro-cut is the new small size of cut no one would be able to piece the paper back together. Big plus! More Security! Even does Credit Cards in a snap. Poof! Gone to shreds!!!

We were told that the shredder had been delivered. It didn't come to my address. When I contacted the manufacturer they said to give them a few days to correct the issue. A few days later a shredder was delivered. So far its a great product

It did an excellent job of shredding two old credit cards well beyond usability. I am pleased with the tiny confetti like pieces of shredded paper. Shredding a huge amount of personal documents did create just enough dust to cause me to cough.
