I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS GRASS SEED. YOU CAN COVER MORE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAN WHAT IS LISTED ON THE BAG. WE COVERED THE SEED WITH A LIGHT DUSTING OF TOP SOIL AND WATERED LIGHTLY ONCE A DAY. GERMINATION TIME WAS LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS AT 60 TO 70 DEGREE TEMPS. NEW BABY GRASS IS DOING GREAT. [This ...
