These bowls are labeled as "fruit bowls" but my family uses these for soup or cereal when we don't want a large bowl. We eat rice a lot and these are perfect for that as well. We love this set and design.

These are so cute. But they really are small. Not good for cereal but great for Dips. They are beautiful though.

They are what they say -- cute little fruit bowls. Perfect for fruit, mixing small batches of marinades in, serving condiments for a cookout and anything else you can use a small shallow dish for. Loved them.
