This pan is not only beautiful to look at, it's really strong, too! I have roasted vegetables at high temperature (425*) on it and it doesn't warp at all. It's especially good for my needs, as I bake in my toaster oven a lot and this pan fits because it doesn't have handles.

I have saw several Chefs using a jelly roll pan but I could not find one with a good price and good quality. This pan qualifying as both. It serves so many purposes not just for thin cakes. If works well for pudding that need to be cooked in a water bath also and more.
