Does not charge my battery at all. Complete waste of time and money.

The unit won't recharge. It just blinks red, which is supposed to indicate a status when charging another battery, but it's doing this when plugged into a power adapter. Also the light doesn't come on. This thing is just a bio-hazardous brick of uselessness.
