I was unimpressed with what I thought was an overly indulgent book. I had been excited when I got it as I teach social entrepreneurship and I thought that it could be useful, but I found it highly repetitive and lacked any great insight.

I was expecting something along the lines of Paul Hawken's work, but I was disappointed in that. If you are a) starting your own business and b) pretty ignorant about spiritual business practices, this might be a good start. Otherwise, I suggest Growing a Business by Hawken.
