      I did not like the fact that the product received would not charge. Purchased as a gift for a child but when received was not operational. Can return to store and return or replacement process is tedious.

      The product came early, which was great, but it wouldn't turn on. It had a dead battery and we left it to charge for two days without any signs of turning on or charge.       It had to be sent back because it didn't work. It wouldn't work without the charger connected and the charger they sent didn't even really work good I had to get a new one.
