Bought for husband same phone I have so easy for me to teach him how to use. He is loving it. Thanks for the 30 years of service we have with you. Customer service is great and love being able to use tracfone app for all my purchases. A loyal tracfoner for life.

I purchased this phone about 3 weeks ago. I would have given it a 5 rating except for two reasons; 1 sending and receiving messages a little confusing at times & 2. the cord sent with the phone is of absolutely no use, both ends of the cord only fits into the phone.

This is the best cellphone I've ever had. It is responsive to the touch, has a beautiful display, takes excellent pictures, and has a surprising amount of storage. It is a very good value.
