After 4 hours of trying to get this phone to work with my uber app. I am giving up and returning it. Every time you plug in the phone to charge it locks up. Reboots randomly, One time I had the reboot to factory setting screen appear. Dont buy it you'll be sorry.

so after buying online for my daughter she plays on it with WiFi a few days before it locks up saying buy a phone card. didn't know i absolutely had to inorder to to work the phone

i disliked it because when i got the phone it doesnt work even when connected to wifi, i bought this for my daughter for her birthday an its real disappointing that she cant use it.

very bad I can't use it it's blocked by the line I just wanted it to use it on the internet so my children could watch videos but it's blocked I haven't been able to use it since I bought it

The comments that say it will lock out after 48 hours are correct, except mine locked out about 50-60 hours after initial setup. This definitely won't work as a wifi-only phone like the older US-Cellular TCL phones. I am returning it. I saw other pre-pay phones at Wal-Mart that will work as Wi...
