I got this to track my health. Sleep monitor is not accurate and there is no way to change the times it says you went to sleep and no sleep mode. Not sure how accurate the heart rate and blood pressure are. No website for questions and not enough info in the user manual.

The tracker tracked the steps and some of the other things properly but the shutter feature didnt work or I didnt know what I was doing. Also the watch bands both broke in under 6 months. It still works but I cant wear it until I can find replacements for both watches that I bought. Im still try...
