Nice little machine, like the variable speed. The M1 spindle taper which allows me to use drill chuck and other equipment from my metal lathe. very little vibration and the ability to add on an extension bed if I need to turn longer pieces.

I like this lathe haven't used it a lot but it seems to do the job. well worth the money.

It works great it is kind of light duty but it isn't big enough to work on big things. I like it a lot it is smooth and easy to work with.

I returned this. It's not a bad little machine but the tool rests don't have an undercut (or whatever you call it) so there is no guide to help you make a straight cut. I don't know if i am making myself clear but i ended up buying the HF for $172...only $30 more (with coupon). ...the tool rest ...

Nice tool works for me. Wish it had rubber feet so it wouldn't scratch the surface of my tool bench.
