Great for the beginner or even for an experienced kayaker. Bought for the kids that go about 130lbs and they are getting good enough they can even stand on them in calm water. Nice and stable.

The wide boat hull makes it very a stable boat. The light weight and handle makes it extremely easy to transport . Also the bungee straps and the positioning of the pole holders make this an ideal fishing kayak. My son loves it.
