This is the real deal, not a thin or cheap plastic ring. This *really* helps to relieve pressure after surgery or if you have difficulty with bone spurs.

I've purchased the cheaper one's and they all failed. This one works, but it's stiffer. This is also identical to the other brand. You do need the bicycle tire needle to inflate it. It came with a spare rubber washer because the odds are that you'll lose it accidentally.

You will need two people to air this up with a bicycle pump, as all the air goes right back out as soon as you take out the needle to put the top back in. And sadly, the one I got did not hold air overnight.
