Met expectations and simple assembly

The shelf is nice enough but it arrived broken in several places. It is such a hassle to take this back apart and box up in order to return it to the store. I cannot recommend this product if it is going to arrive like this. I also question the quality of the shelf as it broke in so many places.

This console is exactly what I want, but the workmanship is a little below par. The main reason it's a three is that it arrived completely broken and now I'm faced with returning it or keeping it for a 15% discount. Bummer.
