It took 2 of us over a hour to assemble. . It is not a sturdy unit.. After 14 months the entire top of the seat ripped. It can not be sat on.. I have tried in vain to find replacement canvas seating . I am very disappointed

Easy to setup. I was looking for a 2 person swing but settled on this. Great so far had it one day. We'll see how it holds up to this crazy weather.
