This hat is warm and works as expected. I bought the hat with tassels that tie so that the had did not ride up while on a walk, as stocking caps do. The has is as advertised and I am happy with the purchase.

This is a warm hat but don't buy it for "looks". . The tie braids are slick and you must actually tie them to keep them from loosening. Also, I have an average size head but the one size fits all is too large and the hat keeps slipping down in front to above eye level causing a distraction...
