It's perfect and only took my husband 4 and a half house to set up. It was very simple for him and everything was there. He said the key to it is to organize the parts so you don't have to keep searching for things. Our kids love it and I can't keep them inside:) I wish I bought it sooner.

It was relatively easy to set up, even with just two people. The slide is a little steep but with a mat at the bottom it works. Perfect for smaller kids.
