I did not work straight out of the box. they tied the crane and it was difficult to remove. once I did it only turned on for one 1 second and died. returned it and had a disappointed child.

My daughter loves this claw machine. She puts candy in it and toy surprise toys just like the claw machine in store. Works great even picks up the candy and toys good. My daughter plays with this claw machine for hours on end.
