I'm having problems with the rear wheel axle it doesn't want to roll so I'm trying to replace it.... bought it in Dec for my son but he wouldn't play with it so it sat in my closet until last week... what website can i order the part to replace it because i don't have the box or receipt..

Does not stay charged. The first one i orderes was cracked. The second one the controller didnt work but one day. Battery only stayed charged about 7 minutes. Deserves 0 stars. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Trash. Stopped turning on 3rd use. Wal Mart, please stop selling garbage. Even the lady at the return counter says "ya we sell a lot of garbage". And retuning it was a pain.

total junk batteries don't last the suspension parts are plastic and will break on contact with any object. total waste of money. New Bright does not offer any replacement parts so if it breaks straight to the trash bought 3 of these for grand kids ages 7, 8 and 10 all three lasted one day.
