I purchased this great Gold's Gym door exerciser to take my routine to the next level. I'm not disappointed! Between the door-frame "high bar" exercises and the floor exercises, the workout is efficient and challenging! I sincerely recommend it to anyone wanting more exercise intensity.

Putting it together was a little difficult, but I figured it out. I feel they should have pictures with labels on them, so that a person could understand the instructions better.
