I ditched the rings and used it as a cloth box for subject folders and other supplies. Since I easily lose things, this all in one approach worked great

This binder held up a whole year with a middle school boy as it's owner. However, we did take out the rings and store individual folders in this binder...worked great!! It's the end of the school year now and it is fraying a bit in a few spots. But hey...it made it!! I will definitely buy another...

I like the durability of this binder as my teenage son uses it all school year. He really liked the convenience of the outside zipper pocket to put his calculator in, but this new binder's zipper pocket is smaller than the other one he has that is the exact same style.
