I ordered the product, but when I went to pick it up the packaging box was broken and smashed and all 4 baskets were broken. I had to reorder and now it has taken over 2 weeks and I still do not have the baskets. I am hesitant to ever order from Walmart online again

Baskets are made very cheap! Several broke during shipping and the ones I decided to keep broke the same day. Returned. Pretty but do not work! Do not purchase. Do not let their pretty look fool you.

Yes, " wicker-look exterior" made of plastic or something. It doesn't look all that bad and is probably easier to clean and less likely to get fuzz and dust stuck in real wicker wood.
