I make oatmeal in it at work. It gets hot enough to almost burn your mouth... It's perfect. The removeable dish is great for washing. The outside of the unit gets hot enough to need pot holders. 55 watts. Love it.

Does what I need. There is no temp control. It does seem to stay at constant medium heat. I don't use it for food, I use it for scenting a room.
