I am only half way though the book, but have found helpful way to talk to creditors and learned of time limitation on collections. Great advice get free credit reports for yourself and family members.

Some of the things in it are very truthfully accurate and the techniques work... most of the time. There are, however, some that don't work at all, because some creditors are just ridiculous and irrationally persistent in their idiocy and ridiculousness, but that's not Mr. Trudeau's fault. Anyway...
