I did exactly what it said to do to start it (even charged it over night longer than the 5hrs recommend) and it NEVER synced to my Bluetooth. I even went as far as to turn off all devices in my house so my phone wouldn't try to scan those and still nothing. Very disappointed.

These were a huge disappointment and obviously, Philips needs to do something about this product. It took me 30 min to get it connected to my Samsung and once they were connected it wouldn't play my music. I am 100% disappointed and going to return these.

I recieved these as a gift. They worked great but now they will not link up to my phone at all!! I have tried everything. I am ready to take them back.
