We bought this copier a couple of weeks ago and right off we knew we made the right choice. Excellent. I remember a few years ago we had copiers that cost 10 times the price and would do less. My office manager came in my office and saw I was rating the new printer and she said "I Love It"

I have only had it for 3 weeks but so far I am very happy with it. I print about 1500 to 2000 pages per week and so far it has been flawless. I also scan about 100 to 200 pages per week and it scans at a faster than my previous machine and can handle 70 pages at a time.

I did not receive a manual with this copier so I still do not know allot about it. How do you do envelopes. how heavy of paper can it take, there is no copy count on the screen to let me know how many copies are left to print when the paper runs out. The advertising said it took TN880 toner and...

This replaced a dinosaur copier...it is super fast at printing and copying. It is quiet and easy to navigate the touch screen.
