Quite a machine. Cuts through recommended metals like butter. I work with very small flat copper pieces so there is some curling along the cut line end, but that is easily fixed as I need to pound out the pieces anyway. Well worth the money.

The handle is the perfect length for good leverage. I, actually my wife, made a dozen cuts in a short time on 1/8 inch solid bar steel. This is a little too thick for the shear but no damage is seen.

Monted it and it seems very sturdy and we'll designed. The round bar sheer works well haven't used it for sheet metal yet but doesn't seem I will have trouble.

The shear work's easy with thin material best, but I did cut a piece of 1/4 aluminium about two inches wide with a lot of force on the short handle,I cut a bunch of 1/8 by one inch wide steel and some 2 inch wide 1/16 stainless, and even cut some 1/8 inch by one titanium
