I used the old one for 15 years. Finally the push button no longer worked. I got hold of quickest and after a period of time it was replaced with a new one. I like the lifetime warranty. I'm ver happy with quickest. I use them on my house and 5 rental units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchase Kwikset because of the ease of installation and quality. The smart key feature was "icing on the cake". I bought it for the beauty and Lifetime warranty, but the Kwikset feature is wonderful.
