NOT 4.6 cu ft. Actual is about 3 cu ft. or less. Barrel is 17 inches wide by 23 inches tall. Barrel tapers to 13 inches at the mouth. V=πrrh = πx8.5x8.5x23≈5220 cu inches. Divided by 1728 (cubic inches in a cubic ft) = 3.02cu ft. That doesn't account for the taper at the mouth. So even smaller. ...
