After extensive research these were the best priced bumper plates and nearly the best priced plates at all. They aren't pretty and they are built from rubber crumbs but they weigh what they say they weigh and fit snugly on an Olympic bar. Practical purchase.

Great value, not sure but they look the same as the higher priced weights for over a 100.00 dollars less. Probably made in the same factory just their name added instead.
