Good way to increase heart rate comfortably. Assembly fairly easy. Small and compact, keeps exercise in forefront. Great value , great construction.

Bike was fairly easy to assemble, works well. The resistance on the bike isn't super challenging unless you crank it up to 5-6 if you exercise regularly. But if you stay on it long enough it will serve its purpose. Didn't experience any seat discomfort so far. Glad I purchased.

Everthing is good bike works well. Easy to use. Easy to put together. The only thing the seat is not confort able I put a small pillow on it.
