I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it stopped working after less than 6 months it will not charge at all or anymore. The battery is shot and I can not even find a real website to get the warranty on the batter.

came in a clear bag inside of a brown box. not original packaging as stated. had scratches. looks used. to late to send it back, we need it for christmas morning. paid cost for a "new" machine, only to get a used one.
