On my recit trip to Alaska pick up the fenwick Eagle the pole preformed so much better than I thought , Turns out this has become my favorite pole after the trip had to get a second pole to match thx fenwick for a great pole keep up the great work

I purchased a level wind casting reel which I have wanted for a long time since I used these reels when I began fishing with my parents. I then purchased the Eagle Salmon/Steelhead casting rod which has worked great for me and my casting.

The rod has good sensitivity and durability. I packed 4 Fenwick eagle rods into one small tube for the airplane and even though the guides bent, they went right back into position. I just got this rod three days ago. I used it twice and it seems good for just what I wanted it for. I was looking to throw a half ounce to 3/4 ounce lure and have a lot of action in the rod. I caught a 5 lb striper and it felt great

Fenwick Eagles I have received these nice looking poles but I have not used them yet. I'm going to use them this month toward.I will send another review when I do!
