The sheets fit great (queen) over our 1.5 foam topper & are very soft. The comforter is also a very nice spongy layer to cozy up in. The contrast is more of a grey brown than a light tan, but overall I was impressed. The comforter covered the whole bed with enough hang on the sides.

The colors seem accurate for what was in the photos, and this fits my queen size bed perfectly. I couldn't be happier with it. It is so soft and fluffy, just the right weight for a summer blanket set.
