Great product that I think can be used for a long time. The size is proper for handling and it cuts veggies and meat so smoothly. The blade cover is a bonus, cuz it's tight enough to keep the knife from dropping out and it protects ppl from the blade effectively.

I use this knife every day and it performs great. Good edge cuts my cheese, bread, sausage with ease and control.

Make sure you read the instructions. It says don't leave it standing in water and dry right away. The reason is because it rusts quickly!

Heavy, sharp, well balanced. Have read in other comments to make sure it is dried or blade will rust. Good value priced. Could not find in store so ordered easily on line site to store.
