The replacement knob had a metal band around the stem so the plastic could not split, as happened on the original equipment. It should last the life of the appliance I put it on.

I like Walmart. The order was provided for pickup at store with no additional shipping charge and in only a couple of days. I will use Walmart again for things I need. The parts fit and worked perfectly.

I was do happy to find this item on the Walmart website!! I had seen it on other websites, but they were companies I had never heard of, and I was reluctant to order from them. This knob fits perfectly. :)
