So I was skeptical with the slip on, rotating, no leak, easy to use selling point. However, I'm pleasantly surprised. No glue, slip on, rotation, no leak, easy to use. I'm happy, made my repair job very easy.

While I was replacing my toilet inners, decided this was a good time to replace the shut off valve. Liked the SharkBite concept and design and "all parts included" packaging so bought 2 to replace the valves on both of my toilets. Unfortunately, SharkBite connectors aren't to be used on chrome...

You failed to disclose on your packaging that your toilet installation kit does not work on a chromed supply line. Would have been nice to know before I cut the valve off the pipe. Your non disclosure has left me in a serious bind. I'll be sending you the plumbers bill.
