Very cool that there is a HEOS Alexa Skill so I can control my zones using Alexa. If only the Fire TV Stick home theater option could connect via WiFi that would be gold.

Service has been down for over a month and have called numerous times to resolve the issues to no avail. Error is the same "Failed to Connect to the HEOS Server." Support not able to resolve the issue which makes the device all but a paperweight!

The app makes this product worthless. This is not very serious from Denon. Connection is lost before the song is finished, crashing all the time, must do setups all the time...this is just poor app development ... Even the navigation is poor, the "back" button is closing the app?? Read the app re...
